These terms describe access to the Rorat Solutions website and its Spotwise and Market Desk software.
What the tools provide
Spotwise and Market Desk provide technical analysis and planning information using publicly available Binance market data. Spotwise is Spot-only. Market Desk includes separate Spot and USDⓈ-M futures analysis modes. Neither product connects to an exchange account, places or manages orders, or provides personalized investment advice.
Scores, chart studies, support or resistance areas, risk calculations and backtest results are heuristic or illustrative. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed or unavailable. Historical results do not establish future performance.
Digital asset risk
Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. Leverage can magnify losses and lead to liquidation. An indicated level may not be reached or filled as expected; exchange rules, market liquidity, outages, gaps, funding and execution costs can change outcomes. You are responsible for your decisions and for checking the market and exchange conditions yourself.
Demo and subscription access
The demo provides one 5-minute launch for Spotwise and one 5-minute launch for Market Desk per browser. Each demo can be used once and does not refresh daily. Clearing browser cookies or switching browsers creates a new demo identity; this is a practical trial limit, not a security boundary. An active subscription grants unlimited use of both workspaces for a 30-day period following each accepted payment.
The monthly plan is priced at $10 and paid in 10.00 BSC-USD per 30-day term. On BNB Smart Chain this Binance-Peg token is commonly displayed as USDT (BEP-20); the exact contract and network are shown on the payment page. Crypto payments are initiated by the customer and do not recur automatically. To extend access, send a new payment and submit its transaction hash for on-chain verification.
Only a successful qualifying transfer to the displayed Rorat receiving address, on BNB Smart Chain using the specified token contract, can be credited. Transactions may require network confirmations before access is activated. Transactions on the wrong network or to a different address or contract may not be verifiable. Do not share a wallet recovery phrase, private key or wallet password with the website or anyone claiming to represent it.
Wise payments to @syeda2631 and Pakistan-only NayaPay payments to hasnainalirizvi@nayapay are reviewed manually. Wise access is credited after confirming a $10 transfer. NayaPay customers should contact Rorat Solutions to confirm the current PKR equivalent of $10 before sending. To link a manual payment to an account, email a screenshot and the customer’s Rorat account email to hasnain110@gmail.com. Access is activated after receipt is confirmed. Manual payments are not verified or activated instantly.
Availability and changes
The tools rely on Binance public endpoints and the website hosting environment. Service may be interrupted by network conditions, upstream data availability, maintenance or security measures. Features and pricing may change; changes do not retroactively alter an already-paid access period.
